One note on booking. Maidily’s Free plan card lists online booking, and its feature table lists quote request forms on every plan with the hosted booking form starting on Start. Read that as: Free lets customers request a quote or booking through a form, and Start is where the hosted, self-service booking form begins. If instant online booking is the reason you want software, plan on Start.

How job-based pricing works

A job is any scheduled cleaning appointment, and each recurring visit counts separately. A weekly client is about four jobs a month; a biweekly client is about two. So the job limits translate to roughly:

When you pass the limit, you add packs of 50 jobs at $3, $8, or $14 a month depending on the plan. Maidily says it notifies you as you approach the cap. Because extra packs on Start are cheap, a business doing 60 to 100 jobs a month can stay on Start at $32 to $35 a month if it does not need Grow’s features. The reason to move up is features (team scheduling, time tracking, QuickBooks, customer portal), not job volume alone.

This is the opposite of per-seat tools. On ZenMaid, an owner plus five cleaners on Pro pays $109 a month regardless of job volume. On Maidily, the same crew pays $29 to $49 a month depending on jobs, and the sixth cleaner costs nothing.

What a solo cleaner pays

A solo cleaner pays nothing on Maidily’s Free plan as long as they schedule 10 or fewer jobs a month, and $29 a month on Start above that. Free is a real plan, not a trial: recurring scheduling, automated reminders, SMS notifications, invoicing, online payments, customer management, and the mobile app are all included, with no card and no end date.

The 10-job ceiling is low. A solo cleaner with a handful of biweekly clients hits it quickly. But as a way to test whether software helps at all, at no cost, it has no equal among the tools we cover. At $29 a month, Start adds the hosted booking form, two-way messaging (plus $10 for the SMS number if you want it), and 50 jobs. That is comparable to ZenMaid Starter at $19 plus its appointment cap, and to BookingKoala Starter at $27 with its provider limit.

What a crew of 2 to 5 pays

A crew of 2 to 5 pays $29 to $49 a month on Maidily, and the choice between Start and Grow is about features, since both include unlimited users.

Start at $29 a month covers a small crew that mostly needs the schedule, reminders, invoicing, and a booking form. A crew doing 50 to 100 jobs a month pays $29 to $32.

Grow at $49 a month is where the team tools live: team scheduling, time tracking, PTO tracking, a branded booking form, a customer portal where clients manage their own appointments, custom message templates, advanced reports, premium support, and QuickBooks integration. For an owner who is no longer cleaning every job and needs to see who worked when, Grow is the plan. It includes 150 jobs, which covers roughly 75 biweekly clients.

At $49 a month for unlimited users and 150 jobs, Grow is priced below BookingKoala Growing ($57 for up to 15 providers) and well below ZenMaid Pro for a crew of three or more ($81 a month for owner plus three, using the prices in those articles). What Maidily does not have at this tier, based on its published table, is GPS location tracking, which is a Scale feature, and the deeper website-building tools BookingKoala includes.

When Scale makes sense

Scale at $99 a month includes 250 jobs, team location tracking, AI-powered scheduling, custom website integration, Airbnb and VRBO integration, API access, priority support, and custom integrations. It is built for cleaning companies with high job volume, several teams in the field, or a vacation-rental turnover business that needs bookings pulled from Airbnb and VRBO calendars.

For a residential crew of 2 to 5, Scale is more than you need. For a company running 200 or more cleanings a month, the comparison is with Jobber and Housecall Pro at similar prices, and Maidily’s unlimited users become a large advantage: Jobber Connect for 10 users is $299 a month and Housecall Pro Essentials with five extra users is $689 a month.

Extra costs to budget for

Maidily’s flat prices cover the software, but plan for these:

• Payment processing. Maidily integrates with Stripe and Square for online payments, and you pay that processor’s fees. Stripe charges 2.9% plus 30 cents for online card payments and Square’s invoice rates run 2.9% to 3.3% plus 30 cents depending on plan, as of September 9, 2026. The invoicing guide compares them.
• Dedicated SMS number. Two-way messaging requires a dedicated number at $10 a month on any paid plan. Automated reminders and SMS notifications do not require it.
• Extra job packs. $3, $8, or $14 a month per 50 jobs on Start, Grow, and Scale.
